Ensure that the various efficiency parameters such as pre berthing detention, idle time are kept minimum and moves per hour is consistently high. Daily operational analysis of post-vessel cargo operations for the purpose of analysis and implementation of new procedures after addressing obstacles from previous vessels. Setting performance target within each area of container operations and maintenance of container handling equipment. Prepare, execute, and monitor working cranes sequence in accordance with company's needs and targets, focusing on the optimal equipment deployment and utilization. Ensure with the assistance of dispatchers that operations are running as per planning and proceed with changes in the planning every time it's required. Upon completion of vessel operation, in charge to get through the Agent and Port Control the pilot to sail the vessel in time to receive next vessel. Ensure shorter vessel interchange between vessels by monitoring vessel operations and smooth communication interface with Port Control/shipping line/Freight forwarders/Vessel Operators/Agent. Effectively plan yard layouts of all container categories according to segregation requirement within the yard, using set of parameters and based on yard strategy. (stacking of containers according to POD, shipping line, size and weight wise etc) Close monitoring of the import stacks for longstanding containers and sending out reminders to the lines to arrange clearance as the earliest. Close monitoring of yard inventories, Special containers (IMO, Reefers, OOG)

Supervise a gang of pipe/structural fitters, welders, grinders, riggers, scaffolders, helpers, etc. on field projects Knowledge in pipe supports design, identify spools and pipe accessories (Shoes, Clamps, CLVs, Brackets, Etc.) Familiar with Trench excavation, pipe elevation, tie-inns, underground piping, pressure-testing, etc. operations Prepare technical Daily Progress Report (DPR) Exposed in the use of Water-level tool to verify pipe levels and coordinates for constructions. Familiar with CAAD Supervise construction/installation of pipe supports on 3 Nos refinery boiler production (boilers 7, 6 and 5 respectively application and piping and pipe support designs. Interface with a team of QA/QC personnel, piping engineers/pipe fitters etc on routine inspections activities Unboxing and Segregation of pipe support materials from consignment Provide, evaluate and interpret isometric/mechanical line drawings/documents and support materials. On-site pipeline installation, repairs/adjustments of existing pipe supports/restraints/snubbers

Develop and ensure completion of all prequalification questionnaires, tender statutory documentation, contract sign-offs and delivery of all bids and projects within deadline. Ensure proposals and bid submission content are compliant with customer requirements. Preparation and presentation of meeting correspondence using Microsoft tools. Interface with in-country procurement alliance partners and other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) reps. Develop and coordinate business meetings and presentation between client decision makers and 3rd parties to develop new business frontiers. Work with the project and contract manager on new bids from project mobilization to demobilization. Coordinate all bids/RFQs, both technical and commercial tenders for submission.

Design, execute & advise management on effective strategies and new hires decision. Schedule and coordinate interviews & ensure documentation is properly completed Preparation and dispatch of employment notices, memos. Train team on excellent customer service relations to guests and ensure compliance. Ensure all staff are compliant with work statutory rules and corporate policies. Coordinate daily work-flow processes & Provide key performance indicators to staff Source for suitable applicants by placing job adverts through company website, social media platforms.

Increased positive moments of truth on customer satisfaction. Ensure all jobs are executed under safe conditions and environment. Maintain and monitor the operational log of the power generator set of all client. Increased market scope by active participation in different maintenance contract procurement processes. Negotiating with clients and advising them on genset and other product to purchase at best rate. Periodic visit to field workers and industrial generator yards for routine inspection and diagnosis. Customer crisis management and conflict resolution skills through effective win-win negotiation approaches. Online customer support with great telephone etiquette, filing/documentation skills. Schedule and supervise generator set services and other emergency maintenance technical services. Coordinate routine toolbox meetings and safety pep talks for the team.
