Successfully conducted 70 rapid interviews with Adolescent Young Girls and Boys to help determine reference groups which pass and enforce social norms. Facilitated 20 focus group discussions with reference groups, utilizing techniques such as Vignette and problem tree activity to delve deeper into social norm dynamics. Took part in rapid analysis, summarizing key findings of SRH behaviors. Spearheaded Transcription and translation of audios and interview questions respectively, from English to mother-tongue and vice versa, improving participant's understanding of the tool. Ensured that research protocols and ethical guidelines are strictly followed during interviews and focus groups. Documented key points, participant responses, and observations during interviews and focus group discussions, to help inform analysis. Built a rapport with participants and addressed any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring 100% participation rate. Assisted in the initial stages of data analysis, such as coding and categorizing responses, eassening the analysis processes by 30%.
