• To accompany the Students through their journey during learning and after as we navigate the complexity of professional and personal development in preparation for joining the labor market or entrepreneur.
• As a Liaison - Link services providers (NGOs, Private investors, Government) with the community (the youth) and the youth to the service providers.
• Information gathering, analysis, and dissemination to create awareness and sensitize the stakeholders in Youth protection on the needs of the youth both from the refugee and host communities. Offer feedback to and from.
• Offer assistance, Guidance, or directions during a job search, application, preparation for interviews, and whatever help may be needed during the transition from student to job market. after their Post Secondary Education.
• Create collaborations and partnerships that will be beneficial to the persons of concern in their search for opportunities such as scholarships, business grants, information on work, internships, volunteerism, and job shadowing among other opportunities. Offer any other relevant service for youth empowerment and community engagement in support of youth protection. ( Health, Education, Security, livelihood, Shelter, Legal, MHPSS, WATSAN, Child protection, Disability Inclusivity, GBV,).

at the safe shelter for GBV survivors - my role as a caregiver and social worker, is to accompany survivors of GBV and other abuses through their journey to recovery and self-rediscovery through day-to-day administrative support and center management. Ensure the center environment is conducive to supporting Healing, Recovery, and Rediscovery in terms of capacity building the women, adolescents, and youth by equipping them with life skills to support their reintegration into the community after recovery. Offer Psychosocial support through PFA, Provide information, guidance, referral, and linkage to specialized service whenever its needed.
