Description
1- Project Planning & Coordination
• Assist in preparing project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Track project progress against the baseline plan and report deviations.
2- Budget & Cost Control
• Support monitoring of project budgets and expenditures.
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Highlight potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
3- Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure implementation of quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
4- Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain up-to-date records of project documents, approvals, and correspondences.
• Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and close-out documentation.
5- Stakeholder Communication
• Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
• Support Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
6- Risk & Change Management
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Track and log change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Minimum
- Years of experience:
8-10 Years
- Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Professional Certificates:
PMP, IPMA or equivalent certificate is required
- Language proficiency:
fluent at English
- Computer skills:
MS Office / ERP
