Oluwole Ajibola

I am Ajibola Oluwole, presently a general manager for a food distribution startup company. In my quest to be an astute development manager and ensure sustainability through strategy in every company I am involved in, I am currently grooming myself with my MBA with Nexford, Tekedia Mini MBA, and McKinsey Forward Program. The spot I am currently in my Journey of business development is to understand people management, I believe that my ability to get a team working effectively in a well-structured and continually motivated manner will amount to an 82% business success rate, other percentage owned by technical skills. I would love to put the interpersonal and communication skill among others that I have developed and currently am, into work through an internship.
