The aim of this project was to review and measure SDG “targets” and “indicators” for implementation while tracking the general progress toward full realization. Using ArcGIS, students were tasked with selecting one of the SDGs and mapping its implementation using methodologies learned in class. Alternatively, we had the option of comparing two or more targets of two selected SDGs. My partner Stephen and I (the ECOWAS delegation) decided to map the implementation of SDG 1 in the ECOWAS region.
