As my CV indicates, I have long working experience with different international institutions (The Asia foundation, WB, MSH and ADB) and have lengthy work experience with Afghanistan public agencies. My academic background and work experiences in serving for and managing projects, help me to manage the Programme planning and implementation, managing accounts and accounting cycles, develop financial statements and oversee the budgeting process of funds for different projects and supports the executive management that will allow them to make the best decisions for the entity. I have contributed significantly in the development, structuring and delivery of PPP projects across health and transport sectors and the energy sector. In addition to my lengthy project management experience, I have strong communication, and team work skills. Also working with people from different nationalities and cultures equipped me with the ability to adapt in multicultural environment in national and international organizations.
