Collaborated with program teachers to plan and implement lessons for transition-age students (18-21), taking on responsibilities in lesson planning and teaching, as well as providing individualized support in the classroom. Facilitated classroom and community activities, including navigating public transportation and utilizing local resources to enhance real-world learning experiences.

Conducted a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and participated in meetings to evaluate student progress. Engaged students in tailored activities to promote social skills, communication, and academic growth.

Designed and implemented a comprehensive K-5 math assessment system encompassing baseline, formative, and summative evaluation formats to track and enhance student progress and learning outcomes.

Coordinated with school sections, departments, and staff as directed by the Director of AEN, and maintained comprehensive timetabling folders to ensure smooth operational and administrative processes. Collaborated with the AEN Lead to manage administrative tasks for admissions testing, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of assessment processes.
