I am a Professional Construction Manager experienced in managing construction projects in alignment with PMI (Project Management Institute) and LCI (Lean Construction Institute) Best Practices. • Construction project management experience based on PMBOK standards, methods, and processes. • Lean construction adoption & implementation experience • Productivity improvement & process optimization experience Based on my keen interest in transforming theoretical knowledge into real practices and implementation plans, I applied various methodologies I acquired throughout my previous job as a construction manager to end up with meaningful results that could be summarized in terms of craft labor productivity increase (24%), Waste reduction (21%), delivery projects ahead of the project deadline, and under budget. I am in the process of establishing my startup specialized in supporting entrepreneurs to lean their life & business processes. I received my Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Lebanese American University and my Master of Science degree in Construction Management & Technology from Arizona State University.

    • Carried out a Research paper that discusses various aspects of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) • Analyzed the Houston Ship Channel Project (18" steel gas pipeline, total distance of 3.8 Km) • Developed a detailed project plan to install a 12" sewer line to avoid sewer effluent disposal in Awik River.

    • Established an analytical study of the construction operations performed on MEJDLAYA 43 Project. • Formulated an implementable comprehensive plan to optimize onsite productivity and safety culture.

    Designed and executed the implementation of a set of PMI methodologies, tools, and techniques in the form of a remedial plan to enhance the management efficiency of the MEJ-43 Project (37,000 m2, $ 2 million).

    • Elaborated handbook tool for PM (98 pages) to identify required bid documents for projects up to $ 1billion • Developed PM Checklist (AIA 201 & APS Master Specs-based), Work Authorization, RFP, and LCCA.

    • Conceptualized Primavera P6 Model of Aluminum manufacture, estimated and allocated resources, and developed project schedule & budget baselines. • Developed detailed cost estimation of a 10-Stories Building project.
