I am a Professional Construction Manager experienced in managing construction projects in alignment with PMI (Project Management Institute) and LCI (Lean Construction Institute) Best Practices. • Construction project management experience based on PMBOK standards, methods, and processes. • Lean construction adoption & implementation experience • Productivity improvement & process optimization experience Based on my keen interest in transforming theoretical knowledge into real practices and implementation plans, I applied various methodologies I acquired throughout my previous job as a construction manager to end up with meaningful results that could be summarized in terms of craft labor productivity increase (24%), Waste reduction (21%), delivery projects ahead of the project deadline, and under budget. I am in the process of establishing my startup specialized in supporting entrepreneurs to lean their life & business processes.
