Assist the Director of Administration in ways that optimize procedures:
• Maintain tidy and organized office
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Prepare minutes of meetings
• Monitor level of supplies and forms; place orders as needed
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Complete research as requested; prepare documentation as needed
• Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Support interaction with stakeholders, visitors to the hospital/dept.
• Carry out specific projects at the discretion of the DOA
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
Act as Revitalization Project Office Manage and perform the following duties:
• Oversee Revitalization Project accounting functions
o preparation of Funds Request Forms, cash/bank transfer disbursement, small safe
management, preparation and disbursement of bi-weekly payroll, bill preparation
• Maintain Revitalization Project files, employee files and documentation
• Support missionary and volunteer travel
o scheduling lodging and transportation; assist with scheduling drivers and vehicles
o provide volunteer orientation as requested
• Support immigration protocols
o Prepares and deliver monthly missionary immigration return for Kogi State and SSS;
maintains immigration records and keeps immigration documentation current
• Support construction/maintenance work order tracking as required
