This training provided me with the skills, knowledge & certifications required to become Certified SAP Consultant. During this program I got trained and certified in:
▪ Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA: which verifies that I have the core knowledge about business processes and their integration in SAP S/4HANA.
▪ SAP Activate Project Manager: which verifies that I can successfully manage the end-to-end transition of the project from Sales to Realization.
▪ I was one from the 16 chosen from the YPP Egypt batch to get trained in SAP IHC module –Health Care (ISH Med)
Beside that I received training in Professional Communication & Presentation, Design thinking & SAP Internal Sales Overview.

Worked on revamping Pep Power program. The main purpose of the program is to collaborate with companies in order to get benefits/special offers for PepsiCo employees.

Responsibilities and achievements:
▪ Renewed existing corporate deals and made new deals.
▪ Designed templates for sharing the offers with PepsiCo employees. These templates were to be outsourced; I saved the budget (50000 L.E) allocated to outsourcing them by designing the templates myself.
▪ Worked on developing a solution for digitalizing the program.
▪ Planned the content to be included in “I am PepsiCo” website and designed the user experience and the back office of the website.
▪ Developed a communication plan for sharing the offers with employees.
▪ Handled on ground events

▪ Shortlisted candidates and interviewed the shortlisted ones to determine their qualifications and interest level and referred appropriate candidates to hiring managers.
▪ Collaborated with other departments to coordinate volunteer recruitment.
▪ Conducted reference checks, onboarded new volunteers and shared job opportunities on job boards.

▪ Developed and published content for the organization’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
▪ Designed visuals, GIFs and edited Videos.
▪ Hosted twitter chats.
▪ Planned and executed online campaigns.
