User Support:
Serve as the first line of support for Eswatini and Lesotho country offices, providing timely and
effective technical assistance to end users.

effectively.

Vendor Collaboration:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring high-quality IT
products and services are procured.
Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements to guarantee the delivery of reliable
support services.

Technology Projects:
Collaborate with US Technology Teams on project delivery and implementation, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals and seamless execution.

• Successfully implemented and provided training to staff, on a new Timesheet system for
  Botswana and Eswatini country offices.
• Successfully coordinated and facilitated the seamless transition of our IT infrastructure
  during the office relocation, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted business
  operations
• Assisted in the successful implementation of Section 889 compliance for the Botswana and
  Eswatini country offices, ensuring adherence to regulations prohibiting the use of certain
  telecommunications and video surveillance
