Lead program implementation to establish centers at 7+ universities and overseeing the overall design, work plan, M&E indicators, and budget. Create a workable overall timeline with identified risks and adaptations to ensure achievement of program objectives by the end of the project. Build strong and positive relationships with universities leaders and coordinate with them to motivate timely development and progress towards objectives. Coach the disability center managers to maintain progress towards establishment within the timeline. Design the overall content structure and strategy used for this program and oversee the related development of curriculum for the critical components. Hire trainers to deliver needed content and arrange the workshops/events through the admin team and in coordination with the team member working with the disability center managers. Network with and creates links to other relevant institutions/companies working with disability to share experiences and lessons learned, which can inform project activities or lead to donor support. Provide technical content to support solicitation of donations or partnerships. Represent the project and Amideast publicly in networking events and in meetings for the purpose of developing mutually beneficial cooperation.

Oversee the establishment and development of disability service centers at 15 Egyptian public universities. Support Deputy Director on the screening and hiring of trainers and independent consultants. Plan activities, attend trainings, monitor activity implementation, advise and support trainers, review performance and provide feedback to deputy director, document achievement of training objectives. Work closely and collaboratively with universities staff to ensure the success of the disability centers. Monitor the project budget, including subrecipient spending, and report quarterly on progress and projections. Monitor progress of the project and report against monitoring and evaluation indicators. Network with and create links to other relevant institutions/companies working with disability. Visit universities and training locations to build relationships with university leadership and disability staff, advise project implementers and partners, and monitor project activities.
