Collaborated with 5 colleagues to recover unpaid loans from over 200 lone debtors 20 farmers’ association group loans which we were able to recover over GHS500,000 unpaid loans. Skillfully managed administrative responsibilities for the welfare of a team of 6 staff: maintenance issues, incident reports, room transfers, handling of confidential information and conflict resolution. Received outstanding feedback ratings. Organized over 20 meetings with various farmers’ associations (as a liaison) to discuss viable solutions for loan repayment, ensuring effective communication and fostering collaboration between stakeholders.
