Merch.eco is an alliance of sustainability professionals, purchasers, and suppliers; with the aim to normalize informed ethical consumption of merch (customized group clothing) and to coordinate improvements in ethical production.
Responsibilities:
• Helping suppliers use merch.eco’s data to make ethical improvements to their businesses production
• Building trust and mutual understanding between merch.eco and all rated suppliers
• Ensuring that all suppliers rated by merch.eco have an accurate picture of the organisation
• Helping other merch.eco teams to learn from the wants and needs of clothing suppliers

Responsible for overarching incorporation of business operations with global sustainability and ESG standards:
• Drove operational improvements through the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance across 3 distribution outlets
• Collaborated with stakeholders to develop and implement the organization’s ESG strategy and act as the single point of contact for the provision of wide range advice in relation to all aspects of environmental sustainability
• Justified the business case for all ESG initiatives and supported the management of change to ensure that environmental and sustainability risks are considered across business functions.
