A motivated, adaptable and responsible Public Health Scientist seeking for employment opportunities in a dynamic organization which will utilize the professional and technical skills developed and acquired through the past work experience and academia to achieve organizational goals and drive success. In Kalabo and Sikongo Districts, coordinated Differentiated Service Delivery, coordinated linkages to care, increased viral load coverage and suppression, enhanced adherence by developing tracking systems, trained and mentored Health facility Staff on TB/HIV collaborative activities and, developed weekly and monthly reporting systems and templates. My key objectives are to develop necessary and sufficient competencies that support self-driven ability and capacity to excel in any assigned work area. I aim to attain the highest level of responsibility possible in my assigned duty and perform an exemplary level of value addition in my assigned duties. Test patients for HIV/AIDS and offering Counselling services. Generate facility and community HIV reports used for planning and decision making. Conducting School Health Programs. Coordinating the Youth Friendly Space activities for the facility. Identify all clients who are in denial of their HIV positive results. Identify all clients on Anti-Retroviral Treatment with poor adherence to care and treatment and make follow ups. Identify all clients with high viral load weekly to assess possibility of treatment failure. Counsel all clients on the importance of good adherence and positive living and make follow ups. Identify clients with social and health problems such as unplanned early pregnancies among adolescents, denial and stigma from their families and friends and communities at large, and offer counselling to such and refer them to other services if need be.
