Kerubo Faith Moranga

My name is Kerubo Faith Moranga a young professional accountant with 2 years of experience. I have had an experience working at Indiana Beach Apartments, a hospitality facility, where I played the roles of a receptionist and later transitioned to an accounts attaché in the same facility. Recently I got deployed by the Public Service Commission to Kenya Education Management Institute where I intern at in the Accounts office. During my time working at Indiana Beach Apartments I had the privilege to lead the guest relations team to ensure guest retention and referrals that resulted in continuous revenue generation, guest retention and satisfaction. This has enabled me to rise to senior positions as a guest relations manager. My expertise in accounting, financing, and auditing skills, team working, ICT competency, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills were pivotal in achieving this significant milestone. I take pride in my ability to streamline workflows and foster collaboration between departments that led to such significant guest retention and satisfaction and the overall revenue generation. The positions I held at Indiana Beach apartments sharpened my leadership and technical skills, integrity, deepened my understanding of effective team dynamics and public relations. I am particularly passionate about bringing this experience and insights obtained to my future endeavors and being impactful. I am confident that my background in Accounting, coupled with my dedication and skills makes me a strong asset in both service and academic industries.
