Inputting financial transactions into accounting software accurately and in a timely manner
Assisting with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor/customer inquiries
Helping reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Monitoring and tracking company expenses, including reimbursements, petty cash, and credit card transactions
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of a senior accountant
Assisting with the preparation and posting of journal entries to record financial transactions accurately
Assisting in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, reconciling inventory counts, and supporting inventory valuation processes

Assisting in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, retrieving financial records, and addressing auditor inquiries
