Prepares detailed progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting achievements, addressing challenges, and providing practical recommendations to achieve project goals. Collaborates closely with the Project Manager to generate accurate cash flow reports and updated forecasts, contributing to informed financial planning and budget management. Foster strong coordination with internal company departments, promoting seamless integration and ensuring project operations run smoothly. Efficiently record minutes of meetings, capturing important discussions and decisions made during project-related interactions. Serve as a liaison between Site Supervisors or Clients and relevant departments, effectively sharing feedback and ensuring prompt resolution of identified issues. Proficiently interpret and explain project drawings, actively contributing to design revisions and thoroughly maintaining an up-to-date record of changes. Utilize intermediate skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and CAD software to create timelines, develop execution reports, and produce accurate project documentation.

Process optimization, production line balancing & time study. Analysis based on 4M1E of defects, FMEA & SPC. Data analysis based lean six sigma & improvement of OEE. DOE using Minitab via hypothesis testing, ANOVA and Cpk analysis. Planning of various projects, real time defect control etc. and leading team in execution of the projects. Auditing quality of units while troubleshooting, calibrating machines on regular intervals & maintenance.

Introduction of new processes and optimization of China based processes to best fit the assembly requirements in the company. Assesses existing process workflows and reduces the rework cost up to 80%. Analyzing root causes for the bottleneck stations in the process workflow. Reduced cycle time of different process bottlenecks by 70%. Optimizing process by developing Poka-Yoke mechanisms in the process workflow. Conduct training and guidance sessions of 5S and 4MIE for workers of the assembly line.
