Responsible for building the molecular diagnostics business from scratch with Profit & Loss (P & L) responsibility. Expanding territorial presence of mPharma Diagnostics by exploring and bringing on board new geographies. Developing and maintaining key relationships with various stakeholders and key opinion leaders in the private, public and NGO sectors. Strategic planning to conquer un-explored market segments. Work closely with cross functional teams i.e., Technical Services (Engineering/Application Specialist), Regulatory/Quality assurance, Procurement/warehouse, Logistics, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service etc. Participate in Healthcare and Medical related Events, CME's, Workshops, Congresses, Conferences, Exhibitions etc. Prepare, negotiate, and sign Memorandum of understanding/contracts with customers.
