IT Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards for company's IT systems and processes
Security: Implementing and monitoring measures to protect company's IT systems and data from cyber threats
Ensuring protocols and procedures in place and uptime on network infrastructure
Auditing IT systems for compliance with policy for administrator and user access levels
Supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading corporate network, hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and in-house servers
Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors for IT equipment and software
Training employees on new IT systems and software related to inspection process

IT Support: Providing technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Monitor network performance: availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency.
Network infrastructure management: servers, routers, switches, etc.
System administration: installation, configuration, maintenance for vehicle inspection.
Data management: managing, maintaining, and analyzing inspection data.
Continual improvement: assessment and improvement of IT systems and processes.

Data collection, cleaning, and analysis from survey.
Statistical modeling to identify patterns and trends in data.
Visualization and communication of findings.
Participation in research design and data management.
Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity.

Installed cabling, connected to outlets and equipment.
