Owned the portfolio for Consumer & business terminals including LTE, smartphones, tablets, feature phones, mobile broadband, and Vodafone branded devices. Ensured competitiveness of the portfolio through ranging of trendy and affordable terminals Engaged various stakeholders (Financing, Retail, Technology, supply chain) to develop new products and manage existing products. Conducted test on all terminals and ensured they met required standards before devices are approved for sale in the retail shops and open market. Developed and launched an open market device campaign which resulted in the addition of 684K 4G smartphones on the network for FY 22/23 Developed GTM strategy for all MBB campaigns with a key focus on digital drive and managed end to end activities. Managed all aftersales activities for faulty devices, by consulting with the service centers of OEMS and ensured 90% of repairs are completed within agreed service level agreement (SLA) Forecasted and maintained a minimum of 4 months stock inventory for all Terminals (MiFi, routers, sim cards, fixed line handsets, eSIM) Grew mobile broadband revenue by 38% (from GHs 12m to GHs 16.5m 22/23) increased ARPU to GHs 58 and non-service to 178% through BTL and ATL initiatives. Constantly engaged with OEM’s (Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, Notion, Itel, Infinix) to collaborate on go to market strategies for devices. Conducted trade visits to gather insights on emerging customer behaviors and marketing trends. Played leading roles in the launch of eSIM, and device financing partnership with M-Kopa, Bboxx, Intelligra, and Keza Africa to increase the 4G penetration on the network. Prepared & reviewed NDA’s and contracts for third party vendors and assisted in the onboarding of vendors. Prepared and submitted month end reports on sales and campaigns to EXCO. Developed and executed a procedure to facilitate the return of all Vodafone-branded items within retail outlets, to be exchanged with Telecel-branded items ahead of the Telecel launch. Run pre order campaigns for flag ship devices from OEMs on the Vodafone Ghana website.
