Perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resources department. Answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes. Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Acting as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers. Supporting with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events. Provide support on Employee Relation and Staff Welfare Dispatch emails and letters to staff to inform them on pension updates, medical (adding member, collecting cheques, cards, liaison for receiving complaints) Assist in attending to medical claims and cheques by ensuring that all claims are dispatched, and cheques collected by the respective staff members.
