Managed a project on developing a scalable machine learning clustering model with a toolkit including AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker), Azure Data Studio, PostgreSQL, and Python for data processing, model development, and data analysis to pinpoint maximum growth potential locations. Currently leveraging a Machine Learning data pipeline using Docker, MageAI, and Python to run Linear Regression Analysis models to predict residential real estate prices on the East Coast. Leveraged PostgreSQL to create databases for easy data querying and analysis, reducing project period by 10%. Documentation of system infrastructure and deployment to guide users on daily operation and usage of the system.

Conducted Global Research on market entry and business expansion and made deliverables to the organization bi-weekly. Constructed a landing page for the organization’s website in 30 minutes using AI tools including Chat GPT, Gamma, and Alpha Watch, highlighting the problem in the cleaning industry and the integration of the organization’s solution. Worked with two cross-functional teams to design a fully-fledged and streamlined strategic business plan for the organization. Managed meetings with my supervisor and CEO of the organization to present PowerPoint slides on findings and steps forward.

Developed strategic operational plans following stakeholders’ and real estate regulatory requirements. Championed two business development and operations projects, including developing a business plan for the breakout condominium project valued at $3M and a new Business Intelligence tool. Engaged with the managers and startup founders to communicate Ad-hoc analysis and implement potential solutions. Gathered business requirements used in real estate market research analysis, defining KPIs and success metrics.

Designed a comprehensive 20-page document in Microsoft Office outlining best practices for Data Analysis assessment. Successfully pointed out areas for continuous improvement in interviews and guided communication skills. Engaged with over 20 mentees and provided training and coaching on data analytics, software skills, and Business reporting. Slashed mentor session booking delays by 50% by providing more availability slots.
