Built a web-based prototype to digitize the existing Manual Sim Registration process to help reduce costs and increase user convenience and flexibility-Link here Helped design strategies to enable a balanced commission structure and increase Sim Card agents job satisfaction and performance. Built an automated analysis workbook for CDR’s(Call Detail records) reconciliation, that automatically cleans, sorts and filters the data and populates the workbook using VBA. This reduced the time take to complete by 85% and resulted in less errors and a noticeable increase in productivity and higher throughput for other tasks. Automated the balance sheet reconciliation, so that it automatically populates the required data and calculations this reduced the time taken to complete by almost 90% from about 3 hours and led to a higher accuracy and increase in productivity

Helped bolster Company’s Covid protection plan by ensuring all facilities needed to ensure employee’s safety were in place. Initiated record keeping, daily counts and collected details of customers or visitors and departments visited to minimize COVID-19 spread or breakout. Prepared daily COVID-19 visitors log Excel dashboard and pivot table analysis and presented to Management. Performed daily routine checks to ensure proper scanning of customers and visitors to minimize the risk of COVID-19 breakout. Kept daily log of security camera and reported if any was down to Management. Analyzed Business contracts and lease agreements to find hidden risk, stated or unstated and report them to the Management.
