Open a customer account by recording account information. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction/adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises; Conducting in-depth reviews of the client's financial circumstances, current provisions, and future aims; Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services; designing financial strategies and assisting clients to make informed decisions. Reviewing and responding to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, and analyzing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
