Conducted comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure defect-free delivery to customers. Successfully executed engine and gearbox overhauls, effectively addressing leakage issues and parts failures. Assisted in electrical repairs, reconditioning starters, repairing generators, and resolving wiring defects. Restored damaged vehicle bodies through techniques such as straightening, applying body filler, smoothing, and painting. Provided technical support to Isuzu dealers, including Kenya Coach Industries (KCI) and Ryce Motors, assisting with warranty claims processing. Conducted customer training sessions at Gachege tea factory in Gatundu, addressing concerns related to the FRR90 truck and its differential gearbox.
