Making sure all 25 learners under me get their school fees paid on time. Going for field monitoring for 25 program beneficiaries. Submitting monthly report for 25 beneficiaries highlighting what is needed in terms of assistance and where they can focus. Filling progress report for over 96 learners after every 3 months.

Hosting French-English lesson to over 30 Students in different Companies that are in contract with Chatterbox Language LTD and make sure no one is left out and has a good experience in learning with me. Proceeding to an introductory session of over 35 Students in their respective field by the beginning of the tuition and shared information collected with in charge of quality assurance. Making sure I am well prepared through reading resources before attending live practice with one learner at the time.

Assisted over 14 patients per day during the Covid-19 pandemic. Evaluated over 5 patients per day on how their respond to medication. Put down the report of 3 patient after my duty which I will discuss later with staff member and conclude on the way forward to save patient’s life.

Attended monthly meeting to evaluate how far we are with our short term objectives. Organize community meeting with more than 46 guardians/parents. Shared with other staff member the end term progress report form and discussed the result of each learn as we continued to support them.

Surveilled almost 15 youths on a given task Mobilized the youth for meeting as needed. Collaborate with other NGO in term to sick counseling session for our youth. Conducting one session every two weeks on Urinary Tract Information (UTI) among youth population.
