Register 50-120 applicants on the UKTB database daily. Perform all data processing activities for E-medical and UK Tuberculosis applicants. Approximately 300-500 applicants weekly. This includes taking photos using digital camera, uploading the image to the appropriate platforms, printing the medical forms, consent forms and other necessary documents. Maintain and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of applicants and all relevant paperwork. Daily communicate UK tuberculosis process to 25-30 applicants. Quality check: Generate reports of cases on mimosa database, resolve quality check issues. E-filling: Daily collate, label, and arrange all printed consent forms in shelves/Upload soft copies to drive. Managing the unit supplies (Request and stock up on office stationery supply for the unit).
