Description
Job Description
We are looking for a Process Improvement Lead to join our Retail group as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets. Overseeing audit functions, training initiatives, and compliance processes, you will drive process improvements within the Retail department, ensuring adherence to operational standards, regulatory requirements, and effective resource allocation. You will conduct field audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments, identify gaps and risks in retail systems, and propose corrective actions. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance compliance awareness and operational excellence across the department.
