Sales Promoter Role
The role involves recruiting and managing a team of Direct Sales Representatives to distribute and sell M-KOPA products such as phones.
Autonomy
- Autonomously recruit, manage, and coach a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives.
Monitor and evaluate their performance to ensure they meet the right standards.
Inventory Management
- Oversee the allocation of M-KOPA sales products and devices to the direct sales force team.
Manage inventory and resolve audit recommendations following the set audit resolution guidelines.

Other requirements
- Background in sales or sales management, particularly dealing with microfinance, mobile money, FMCG or financial services
- Certification in business administration, marketing, or related fields
- Fluency in local languages
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
