Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Growth Campaign Manager for Digital Financial Services at M-KOPA. This role involves developing and executing growth campaigns aimed at maximizing customer retention and optimizing customer journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to run impactful campaigns that enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Create and manage weekly growth campaigns targeting key customer segments.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including SMS, in-app notifications, and social media.
- A/B Testing:
- Plan and conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Campaign Results Analysis:
- Define core metrics to achieve growth objectives and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Use customer data to identify and improve pain points in the customer journey to enhance conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, product, commercial, customer care, and data analytics teams to align strategies with broader business objectives.
- Leverage customer feedback for conversion rate improvement.
Work Environment:
This is a fully remote role, with a focus on markets in Nigeria or Kenya.Company Culture:

Other requirements
- 3+ years working in relevant roles
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth campaigns. Experience in B2C companies is a plus!
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer segmentation strategies
- Extremely results-focused and a self-starter, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and creative mindset to explore new approaches
- Ability to work with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- If based in Kenya, must be fluent in Kiswahili; if based in Nigeria, must be fluent in Pidgin and preferably at least 1 local language
