Recent Graduate of Analytical Careers
We are looking for a motivated Junior Network Planner working on our LATAM American market who will help us drive the company to the next level and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You plan our Flix lines creating timetable, bus allocation and driver shifts
- You coordinate the interaction on your line portfolio with the other teams to ensure smooth operation
- You analyze punctuality and other operational KPI to improve our timetable on regular basis
- You base your decisions on quantitative analyses, deriving conclusions from a variety of data sets
You present ideas and figures in an informative and comprehensive way

Other requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation management, geography, spatial planning, transportation engineering, mathematics, economics, or in a related field of study
- First experience in network planning (at least 6 months), transportation planning, or in the mobility sector is a plus
- Possess analysis and modeling abilities to solve complex problems in a rational way
- Organized and autonomous, have a team and customer-oriented working style and consider yourself a travel enthusiast with a proactive attitude towards challenges
- Ability to use MS Office applications with routine and have advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered as a plus
