Position Purpose:
The Integration PMO Lead - DB&T will be responsible for governing, coordinating, and driving the successful integration of a recently acquired business of approximately 2,500 employees. This role will establish and lead the DB&T integration PMO, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, clear governance, risk management, and delivery against timelines, budget, and strategic objectives.
The PMO Lead will partner closely with DB&T leadership, business stakeholders, and functional workstream owners to provide structure, visibility, and accountability throughout the integration lifecycle.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Integration Governance & PMO Leadership
- Establish and lead the DB&T Integration PMO, defining governance models, operating cadence, and decision-making frameworks.
- Create and maintain the integrated master plan covering all DB&T workstreams (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, end-user computing, etc.).
- Ensure alignment with overall M&A integration strategy and business priorities.
Workstream Coordination
- Coordinate and govern multiple DB&T workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and milestones are clearly identified and managed.
- Facilitate regular integration reviews, status reporting, and executive steering committee updates.
- Drive accountability across workstream leads while enabling collaboration and issue resolution.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify, track, and mitigate integration risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Escalate critical risks and decisions with clear options and recommendations.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and operational continuity risks are appropriately addressed.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Act as the primary point of coordination between IT leadership, business leaders, and integration stakeholders.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting to executives and sponsors.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to IT integration activities.
Financial & Delivery Oversight
- Track integration budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Monitor synergies, cost savings, and investment assumptions related to IT integration.
- Ensure disciplined execution and delivery of integration outcomes.
Tools, Standards & Best Practices
- Implement PMO tools, templates, and standards to drive consistency and transparency.
- Apply best practices in program management, M&A integration, and IT governance.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve integration processes.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid Office/Remote Environment.
Salary: $160000 Per Year.

Other requirements
Education/Experience/Background:
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with significant experience leading complex IT initiatives.
- Proven experience leading IT integrations in M&A environments, preferably at scale.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of IT domains (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments.
