:

**Marie Bauvin**, Emerging Talent Recruiter France, Middle East & Africa, Paris, France

After doing an internship at Cisco back in 2016, I am now working as an Emerging Talent Recruiter for France, Middle East, and Africa. I drive innovative strategies to attract and recruit the best early-in-career talent for Cisco. My focus is on Sales and Customer Experience organizations, both technical and non-technical positions. 

I am currently based in Paris, but I have lived abroad prior to that, in different countries such as Mexico and South Africa. I particularly enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic environment. I love meeting young talents whether it’s during our onsite or hybrid events and connecting with them as they engage with Cisco in a recruitment process.

**Zaid Al-Taher**, Global Systems Engineer  ? Dubai, UAE

**Zaid** started his career at Cisco in July 2020, as an Associate Systems Engineer through the graduate program called CSAP, after graduating from a bachelor’s in electrical engineering. During this year, he went through various sales, technical, and soft skills training to become customer facing Systems Engineers. 

Shortly after CSAP, Zaid joined the global sales organization that covers Cisco's largest American customers world wide, based out of Dubai. In this role, he works closely with global enterprise customers to design and deliver cutting edge networking, security, hybrid work, and DC technology.
