## Meet the Speakers:


**Alexandria Ashkar** 
Talent Acquisition Manager, Dubai, UAE


Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Alex got her bachelor's and master's in Psychology, and was involved in Counseling, Marketing, and Operations before making the transition into Talent Acquisition over 10 years ago! Within TA she has worked in various different industries before moving into the Tech space. She joined Chalhoub Group in 2018 and has been scaling up their hiring in Digital Technology, eCommerce, and Data teams, now with a team of six beside her! In her free time, she loves music, baking, and running so she can eat what she bakes.

**Zen Khambati,** 
Talent Acquisition Executive - eComm & Digital, Dubai, UAE

Zen was raised in Christchurch, New Zealand before moving to Singapore and the US for further studies. She has a bachelor's and a master in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and joined Chalhoub Group in 2019 as a TA Trainee. Zen supported internship hiring before finding ‘home’ in the Digi/Tech space. Now she is a TA Executive supporting eCommerce and Digital hiring. Zen loves animals and plants; talk to her about what energizes, drives, and inspires you in the exciting world of tech!

**Nadia Al Fahim**
Nationalization Partner, Dubai, UAE

Nadia Alfahim is an Emirati National who was born and raised in Dubai. She has a BA in International Relations and a minor in Women's Studies from the American University of Sharjah. 

Nadia started her career in a graduate program with Al Tayer Corporate, an Emirati homegrown business, and found a great passion for TA. Nadia supported the recruitment of volume roles in Luxury fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle Brands. She joined Chalhoub Group in August 2022, and is very fortunate to be part of a nationalization team that aims to recruit national talent whose skill sets can be capitalized.
