About Janelle:
Janelle is co-founder and CTO of Talentdrop, a decentralized recruiting marketplace where anyone can refer candidates for bounty rewards.
Janelle earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University. She joined Snap, Inc. as an engineer in its early days (one of its first 15 employees) and watched the company grow from start-up to publicly traded corporation. She then joined Stanford’s Partnership in AI-Assisted Health Care group as a research engineer for one year, before joining forces with her co-founder Maddy to work on Talentdrop.
