Can someone tell me how to access this program  ( Manara program  ) ?

When someone is fought and treated really bad by their newly arriving direct supervisor and tries their best to solve things with them but all efforts goes in vain, and then the entire thing ends up with not renewing the employee contract. What can the one do to solve this after losing their job for absolutely no obvious reason.
