Hosted by:

Vodafone
Mazen Elmoniry, a Discover Graduate who joined Vodafone as part of a 2-year rotational program, is a Youth Lead and Technical Senior Recruiter at Vodafone Egypt. Building on his passion for youth development, Mazen is a capacity-building and career-advising trainer, who helps senior undergrads, fresh grads and entry-level employees to level up their skills and succeed in their careers. Mazen believes that the core challenges lie in the fact that students might not know what skills are needed post-graduation and that this is the key element for success. This is what Mazen can help you develop and solve. Moreover, Mazen founded an entity named Ripple, which is the first volunteering entity in Egypt to develop students and prepare them for post-university life through trainings. Mazen has conducted 200 hours of training for 900+ individuals involved in student activities, NGOs, startups, & corporations.
