Commission and optimization of an auger reactor for the pyrolysis of different kinds of biomass.
• Executed Full mass balance of a biomass pyrolysis reactor.
• Examined a characterization of the biomass using different analytical techniques like micro-GC, TGA, bomb calorimeter, etc.
• Analysis of pyrolysis products using various techniques.
• Negotiated with local and international suppliers of spare parts and instruments.
• Directed the project team to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Administered the teams, suppliers, clients, and managers to agree on budgets, timescales, and specifications.
• Designed the complete continuous pyrolysis reactor system in a 3D model. Engineered alternative methods and simulations using the ANSYS computer program.
