These include critical user flows such as converting quotations to invoices and real-time business status inquiry by receiving data from tax authorities.
Utilized Figma to design intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces, and facilitated the collaboration between the UX designers and developers for implementation.
Conducted user acceptance testing (UA T) in production environments, ensuring the quality and functionality of the product. Filed 30 bug tickets for the development team to address.

Reconciled 26 general ledger accounts, researched outstanding items, and prepared needed journal entries with proper backup documentation
Assessed and completed new reconciliations without guidance and created templates using Excel "SUMIF" and "Index" functions to streamline reconciliations and increase efficiencies
Identified repetitive manual tasks that could be automated via Excel template functions and proactively wrote a Python program to quickly complete reconciliations of data discrepancies
