• Devised and constructed a social media and community application using Java/Android Studio, providing users with features such as profile management, posting, event exploration, local event saving, user following, and in-app chat functionality.
• Created a User Interface (UI) in xml with 10 different screens and 15+ fragments. Implemented Firebase Authentication for secure login.
• Constructed the back end on Google Firebase, incorporating four collections including users and events. Accomplished collections for chats and messages to support the chat feature.
