Social enterprise assisting the 100m students in emerging markets without access to career services or employers
• Developed and managed a new marketing and communications strategy for the organization, leading to a 20 percent increase in customer base over six months
• Created an in-bound marketing plan that increased monthly unique website visitors, in-bound leads, and traffic sources, using SEO, social media, and email
• Helped create the MENA region’s first virtual career fair, which had more than 1,000 participants, more than 120,000 page views, and more 60 Zoom meetings
• Developed and managed marketing and communications campaigns for webinars

A region fintech company and version of PayPal
• Led cross-functional teams (developers, sales team, and managers) to ensure smooth integration of PinPay products with vendor and client systems
• Managed relationships and daily communication with some 500 partners, suppliers, and customers to solve issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Led research into client requirements and developed project scopes for banks, retailers, and other vendors and communicated client needs to senior management and other departments to assist with the development of new product

• Led a 50-person media monitoring department, including all hiring, training and management
• Led research projects in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, including managing scopes, workflows and budgets
• Worked with global and regional GfK offices to ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Reviewed, verified, and reconciled financial data to ensure budget accountability of US$50m per year
• Oversaw cash flow forecasting and maintained long-term cash forecasts, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and disclosures
