Evaluation of the in vitro cytotoxicity and antibacterial activity of Sinapis Arvensis’ methanol extract
•Research and development along with two colleagues from GJU
Graduation Project: Acne treatment cream. Performed research & chemical analysis of Sinapis Arvensis plant extract (native to Jordan). Research included methanolic extraction, cytotoxicity testing on normal cell lines (for safety limits), and antibacterial testing on multiple bacterial strains, notably the Propionibacterium acnes bacteria that causes acne vulgaris in human skin.
