Educating the populace about the essence of civil registration in the country.
Preparing reports and making them available to the District Assemblies to be used for effective decision making.

Verification of properly sworn affidavit.
Receiving statutory declarations and Oaths.
Establishing the identity of persons signing affidavits.

Responsible for the assistant administrative activities that occurs in the school.
Supervision of teachers in relation to the contents delivered to students.
Developing lesson plans and co-curricular activities for the students in the school.
Effectively managing all record information of teachers and students.
