Anne-Amélie Campant is a member of the 10th Cohort of Schwarzman Scholars. She graduated with a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering (ABET) and an Energy Studies Certificate from Yale University. As President of European Horizons, Anne-Amélie launched Yale's European Symposium, addressing EU-US-China relations from an academic perspective. At Yale she led the twice international award-winning Society of Women Engineers, championing STEM education for young girls within and beyond New Haven. Anne-Amélie's technical expertise spans four years of grant-honored critical minerals research, work experience at gas-separations startup Osmoses and as a Tesla process engineer. She aspires for a dual engineering-policy career reimagining the clean energy transition. Anne-Amélie is from France and the UK.

- Designed coagulant/flocculant dosing formula by jar testing and dry-commissioned to 3 batch clarifier reactors
- Leveraged mass balance principles to implement chemical recycling solution and PID control of process pH for in-line flocculator in dissolved air flotation system, developed solution increasing process quality by 97%
- Commissioned 5 ultrafiltration membrane skids and brine recovery evaporator, saving >$500k on annual OPEX
- Produced operational parameters, process flow diagrams and start-up interdependency chart for plant launch
