About I'm an engineer with 10 years experience in banking and finance, and I recently graduated with a degree in Psychology & Neuroscience. My thesis was on the topic of "Digital Biomarkers for the Early Detection of Alzheimers's Disease". Early detection of most chronic diseases allows early interventions such as lifestyle behaviors that can improve the trajectory of the disease. Modifiable lifestyle behaviors such as exercise, diet and sleep can prevent over 80% of chronic diseases worldwide. I am now using my experience to create a digital platform that would encourage people to adopt these healthy lifestyle behaviors in a fun engaging way that will lead to healthier aging.
