My responsibility is to coordinate the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)
and develop content to create learning resources for teachers. This includes training ICT
Coordinators at the regional level and ICT troubleshooters at the school level across the
country on how to use the LMS to interact with these learning resources. These activities are
part of the project initiatives within the organization, aimed at ensuring smooth operations in
accordance with the project work plan while maintaining high efficiency to achieve each project
goal.

As the eLearning coordinator, my task was to Design and oversee the administration and support
for all participant-related systems including Canvas VLE, e-portfolio system, CRM, diagnostics
systems, and BUD apprenticeship training system. Design systems to provide appropriate access
for associates, lead facilitators, and head office colleagues to eLearning systems and provide
second-line support for inquiries via phone and tickets. Supporting participants, associates, and
head office colleagues.
