Training of the incoming new staff members into the hotel especially the front office department and mostly on the reservation software (Ezee system).

Conducted effective public/stakeholder consultation meetings in the field at 11 different locations within Nairobi and Mombasa also formally recorded the views of stakeholders arising from meetings.
Conducted 15 focused group discussions and stakeholder feedback which aided in the drafting of baseline reports for the project.
